What makes it special
This cosy, skin-friendly rug is perfect for horses with sensitive skin. The rug comes with a neck piece that is also lined with vegan rabbit fur and is designed so that it does not exert any additional pressure on the withers. It is attached to the rug with a double Velcro fastening. The rug can be easily combined with other rugs and can therefore be perfectly customised to your horse's needs.

Fabrics & materials
The outside of the Skin Friendly rug is made of polyester microfibre. The yarn in this fabric has been spun to create a cotton touch. The lining of the underblanket is made from our popular vegan rabbit fur. The vegan rabbit fur is very comfortable on your horse's coat, especially for horses with sensitive skin or clipped horses, as it is extremely soft and also forms an insulating layer that retains your horse's body heat and at the same time creates a shiny effect on your horse's coat. The 150 g fibre filling has the same advantages as down, but unlike down it does not absorb odours.

Shape and size
The underblanket is slightly shorter than other blankets so that it does not soak up moisture when used as an underblanket outside. Thanks to the vegan rabbit fur, the rug always moves back into the right place on the horse. Thanks to the polyester microfibre, the rug stays in place better than others. The rug is closed at the front with a Velcro fastener. There are two D-rings at the back for attaching a tail cord. A double Velcro fastener is used to attach the neck section.

Care instructions
For long-lasting good performance, we recommend washing our rug once a month.
(machine washable at 30°). Do not tumble dry the rug after washing.
